A broadly experienced professional, Ginna has over 20 years of success in corporations and as a management consultant across various industries including healthcare, life sciences, high technology, financial services, and the legal field. She is adept at helping organizations create a strategic vision, and then aligning the organizational structure, resources and competencies to actualize the vision. Executing an implementation plan for the strategies and establishing milestones to drive accountability throughout the organization are essential to the process.
Ginna received her BA degree from Duke University and her MBA from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management. In addition, she has a Certificate in Organization and Systems Development from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
Denny has extensive experience in healthcare, publishing, high tech manufacturing, education, food service, information technology, non-profit associations and social service organizations.
He provides direct feedback through the use of customized data gathering instruments, as well as a practical application of Emotional Intelligence theory. He holds certificates from NTL Institute in Effective Work Groups and the internationally-known Gestalt Institute of Cleveland’s Organization and Systems Development Program.
